iron plate:

design is very easy to damage the casing, as iron is not real strong
enough, but for the new alumin housing, even several years later,
the housing is just like before, nothing change, that's can real
protect the inside pcb board. |

High efficiency cooling design:
traditional design is put
small alumin(15cm x 10cm x 5cm) to get the heat out, but now is
through the big casing(65cm x 23cm x 16cm),this way is also can make
the mos-fet provide more efficiency tranfer rate. |

Clear Organized Pcb Position:
As the welder is come about
9-10 different pcb board come together, traditional design is like a
building have 2floor, also with a lot of jumper cable, each pcb
board come very close, you will feel very complex, this design of
course can be use, but remember, the principle of the welder is ac
to dc with high frequency,hurge amp & Argon come through different
pcb board, if come too close, will effect each other's function.
New design is make every pcb board put
into the same side, when you open the case, you can every pcb board
& parts very clear, we also put some function pcb board together, to
make the way reasonable.

board is close with the iron plate, but some is lift up, when you
take this guy to outside using, or put the car for long
transportation, that's very easy to loose inside parts. New design
make every pcb board with alumin housing very closely, make sure
